Today, through my article, I am going to tell you that “you are not alone in this world”. What I am saying may sound a little strange, but by the end of this article you will understand what it means. So let’s get started.
We often feel like we are alone in life. However, if we pay attention, we will find ourselves surrounded by many people. For example- family, relatives and friends, but still we feel alone. Although we consider ourselves alone for many reasons, in this article I am going to discuss two of those reasons.
1) We are unable to find someone with whom we can share our problems:
There are many people, or rather, everyone these days, who is struggling in their lives for one reason or another. It is a common human nature to want to share his/her thoughts with someone close to him/her, who can understand his/her point and provide a solution. When we face failure in life, when things do not work according to us. Additionally, when we feel frustrated, disappointed, sad, and upset, we need someone who can handle the situation with maturity and show us the right direction.
But when we feel that we do not have anyone who can listen to us without judging us and give us a solution. Then we feel that despite being surrounded by so many people, we are still alone.
2) Not having people who pay attention to us:
When you see someone who is richer, more attractive, or more intelligent than you, you feel that they are getting more attention than you. These feelings make you feel like people value them more than you, and you feel less important. As a result, you start to feel lonely.
Moreover, you feel that you are unable to attract anyone’s attention because of your shortcomings. In such cases, I have often seen that the person becomes afflicted with inferiority complex and even stops meeting people.
Why shouldn’t we think like this?
I will discuss both the points mentioned above in detail and try to explain to you why we should not think like this.
Explanation of point number one: I will explain this by considering two cases
Case 1: I understand that we need someone with whom we can share our problems. But without any experience if we decide for ourselves that I do not have any understanding or trustworthy person with whom I can share my problems.
I would like to ask you if this is correct?
Is this pre-judgment justified without experience?
It is possible that a person whom you do not trust may show you the right solution and path. Therefore, I want you to share your problems with someone close to you and only then make any assumptions.
Case 2: Suppose you shared a personal thing with someone, and that person then shared your personal thing with someone else. In short, that person has broken your trust.
What would you do in such a situation? Well, I have a solution for that too. You might find my solution a bit strange but believe me it will definitely work in your life.
In such cases, you can share your thoughts with a stranger and get their unbiased opinion. You probably already know what I mean by “stranger.” By “stranger,” I mean the online world. In my opinion, you can use social media in many ways. It depends on the individual whether he uses it in a positive way or in a negative way.
I’m speaking from experience. Sometimes in life, we meet someone who isn’t part of our lives, or someone we’ve never met before. They show us the right path.
Explanation of point number two:
Comparing yourself with others, getting influenced by others and then underestimating yourself has become quite common these days. We remember our own struggles and bad times, but when it comes to others, we only see their luxurious lives. We ignore their struggles and bad times.
You might be wondering why I am saying this. I am saying this because, just as we pay attention to things according to our interest, similarly humans also pay attention to some people and not to others according to their interest. Such a person’s goal isn’t to support another person, rejoice in their victories, or solve their problems. Rather, such individuals are temporary, not permanent, figures in someone’s life.
Such people stay with them as long as they have what attracts them. After that, they change their path and go in another direction. I am not making any negative comment on anyone here, it depends on the individual how he is living his life. My intention is that people who are reading my article should understand that a true, understanding, trustworthy person does not come into anyone’s life for any benefit.
It depends on you whether you want the attention of such people whose intentions towards you are fake or of such limited people whose intentions towards you are genuine.
Why did I say at the beginning of my article that “you are not alone”?
Please try to understand carefully what I am going to explain. If you are one of those people who feels like this is only happening to you, let me tell you one thing. There are many people in this world like you who are going through what you are going through with. So, you are not alone. I am not suggesting that you share your thoughts with relatives or neighbors. Rather, I am suggesting that you share your personal things with a close family member or a close friend. Believe me, you’ll realize I’m not alone and I have someone who understands me and can help me solve my problems
Even after doing this if you still don’t find the right person, as I have already suggested, then take help of social media. But I urge you not to misuse social media. I’m not suggesting you abandon your important work, just use social media to find someone you trust. All I am saying is that if you need someone with whom you can share your personal things, who does not let you feel alone, then you can use social media but only for a short time. Please understand my words wisely and do not misinterpret them.
If the second method also does not work then you can share your problem with me without any hesitation. I will definitely try to solve your problems by giving solutions and will not let you feel alone. Please share your things in the comment box below
“Stay connected, keep smiling!”
